Create a plan for your activation using our step-by-step guide
Share your plan with the Vote Early Day team to sign up for your free Vote Early Day swag bag
Announce your celebration online! For inspiration, check out our sample social media posts and graphics, emails, and press release (you can find our media tips & tricks here).
Step 2: Building the Activation
Send emails to recruit volunteers and partner organizations to help build your celebration
Contact your local election officials and let them know about your plans
Step 3: Vote Early Day Eve
Prepare for tomorrow using our print-at-home swag (posters, stickers, banners, plan to vote cards, etc)
Let the press know about your celebration using our sample media advisory
Confirm the logistics for tomorrow with your volunteers and event attendees (by phone, text, or email)
Step 4: Vote Early Day!
Step 5: Wrap Up
Wrap up from your activation by sharing your metrics, issuing a press release, and sending thank you emails to your volunteers and attendees
