My name is [add your name] and I am part of [student group]. We are involved with Vote Early Day and we would like to invite you to our event on [date/time] about [describe the event]. Vote Early Day is coming up on October 24, 2026 and it  is a movement to ensure all Americans have the knowledge and tools to vote ahead of Election Day, without having to navigate long lines or confusing rules. It’s a fantastic opportunity for us to make a difference in our community and empower more students to vote early. 

Learn more about the ways you can get involved: 

• Visit voteearlyday.org to learn when, where, and how to vote early.

• Check out the signup form or the online voter tool.

• If your student organization wants to host a Vote Early Day celebration, take a look at the campus group planning guide or visit the campus toolkit.

• You can also join the celebration as an individual and spread the word about opportunities to vote early.
