Hello, is [their name] available?
Hi [their name], my name is [your name], and I’m a volunteer with [Nonprofit]. I’m calling to invite you to our Vote Early Day celebration on Tuesday, October 29.
We’ll be [your event plans].
Can we count on you to join us on the 29th?
[YES] – Great! What’s a good email to send you a quick reminder? Looking forward to seeing you at the celebration!
[MAYBE] – We hope you’ll be able to make it! Last-minute problems always find a way of popping up on Election Day and can get in the way of you casting your ballot. This celebration is a great way to make sure you have time to vote early—and have fun while doing it!
[NO] – We’re sorry to hear that! We hope you’ll still vote early on or before Vote Early Day, October 26th. You can find your options to vote early at voteearlyday.org.
